The Central Catholic Eagles basketball team (Morgan City, LA), was nudged 60-57 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Crescent City Christian Pioneers (Metairie, LA)
The Pioneers now sport a 21-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln Prep for a non-league battle on Monday, March 6. Crescent City Christian will battle a Panthers team coming off a 70-58 non-league win over Southern Lab (Baton Rouge, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 23-4.
