North Daviess Cougars (Elnora, IN) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Vincennes Lincoln Alices (Vincennes, IN), 55-41 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, North Daviess upgrades its record to 22-5 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Washington (Washington, IN) to play the Hatchets in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 4. The Hatchets come into the bout with a record of 10-10. Washington won 55-48 in their recent non-league bout against Heritage Hills (Lincoln City, IN)
