The St. John Bosco Braves held off the visiting Los Alamitos Griffins volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Friday's non-league test.

The Braves now have a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Otay Ranch for a non-league test on Saturday, March 4. St. John Bosco will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Millikan (Long Beach, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-1.

The Griffins (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Bellflower (Bellflower, CA). The Buccaneers enter the non-league test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Bellflower held off Valley Christian (Cerritos, CA), 2-1, in a non-league test.
