The West Iron County Wykons (Iron River, MI) basketball felled the visiting Gladstone Braves (Gladstone, MI), 54-43 in Friday's non-league test.
The Wykons (12-10) will now prepare for their test against Negaunee (Negaunee, MI). The Miners go into the non-league test with a 21-4 record. In their last test, Negaunee thwarted Hancock (Hancock, MI), 47-44, in a non-league test.
The Braves now own a 8-17 record.
