Virginia High School Basketball - Liberty Christian thwarts Lord Botetourt

The Liberty Christian Bulldogs (Lynchburg, VA) basketball knocked off the host Lord Botetourt Cavaliers (Daleville, VA), 56-36 in Friday's non-league test.

The Bulldogs (21-5) will now prepare for their test against Carroll County (Hillsville, VA). The Cavaliers go into the non-league test with a 26-1 record. In their last test, Carroll County notched a victory over Spotswood (Penn Laird, VA), 87-52, in a non-league test.

The Cavaliers now own a 19-9 record.
