The Thomaston Bears (Thomaston, CT) basketball crushed the visiting Westbrook Knights (Westbrook, CT), 51-17 in Friday's non-league test.
The Bears (19-3) will now prepare for their test against Northwest Catholic (West Hartford, CT). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 14-8 record. In their last test, Northwest Catholic walloped Housatonic (Falls Village, CT), 68-26, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 10-12 record.
