The San Marcos Knights lacrosse team scored 12 points and held the visiting Rancho Bernardo Broncos to 2 in the Knights non-league win on Friday.
The Knights (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Murrieta Mesa (Murrieta, CA). The Rams go into the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Murrieta Mesa was overwhelmed by Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA), 10-1, in a non-league match.
The Broncos (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Chaparral (Temecula, CA). The Pumas go into the non-league match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Chaparral prevailed over King (Riverside, CA), 10-1, in a non-league match.
