San Diego Cavers (San Diego, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA), 5-2 in a non-league battle.

The Cavers now have a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Patrick Henry for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 8.

In their next game, the Highlanders clash with the Grossmont Foothillers (El Cajon, CA) in a Grossmont battle, on Wednesday, March 8. Helix will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
