The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the May River Sharks (Bluffton, SC) and the visiting Pinewood Prep Panthers (Summerville, SC), saw May River's lacrosse team top Pinewood Prep by a margin of 17-6.

The Sharks (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Hilton Head Island (Hilton Head Island, SC). The Seahawks enter the 4A challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Hilton Head Island beat South Effingham (Guyton, GA), 14-3, in a non-league challenge.

The Panthers (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Beaufort (Beaufort, SC). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 2-2 record.
