In Friday's league battle, the host Forsyth Central Bulldogs soccer squad scored a close 2-1 win over the Milton Eagles.
The Bulldogs (8-1) will now prepare for their battle against Lambert (Suwanee, GA). The Longhorns go into the 7A Region 6 battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Lambert nipped South Forsyth (Cumming, GA), 1-0, in a league battle.
The Eagles (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Denmark (Alpharetta, GA). The go into the 7A Region 6 battle with a 5-2 record.
