California High School Baseball - Casa Grande loses to Redwood

The Casa Grande Gauchos baseball team (Petaluma, CA), was overwhelmed 6-2 in Friday's non-league outing with the visiting Redwood Giants (Larkspur, CA)

The Giants now hold a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host San Marin for a outing on Tuesday, March 7. Redwood will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Petaluma (Petaluma, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-0.

Next, the Gauchos confront the Rancho Cotate Cougars (Rohnert Park, CA) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, March 8. Casa Grande will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Cougars go into the outing with a 1-2 record after their 11-1 non-league loss to River City (West Sacramento, CA).
