The Gulf Coast Sharks lacrosse team scored 19 points and held the visiting Lakewood Ranch Mustangs to 2 in the Sharks non-league win on Friday.
The Sharks (5-1) will now prepare for their game against Riverview Sarasota (Sarasota, FL). The Rams go into the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Riverview Sarasota prevailed over Manatee (Bradenton, FL), 7-6, in a non-league game.
The Mustangs (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Venice (Venice, FL). The Indians go into the non-league game with a 0-4 record. In their last game, Venice was overwhelmed by Sarasota (Sarasota, FL), 13-4, in a non-league game.
