The Eagles now own a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Coahoma for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 3. Rogers will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 16-4 non-league win over Permian (Odessa, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-2.

With the loss, Bruceville-Eddy falls to 6-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Hamshire-Fannett (Hamshire, TX) to battle the Longhorns in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 3. The Longhorns enter the challenge with a record of 12-2. Hamshire-Fannett won 4-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Port Neches-Groves (Port Neches, TX)
