The Tioga the host Celeste Blue Devils softball squad by a count of 6-2 in Friday's non-league battle.

The (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Lone Oak (Lone Oak, TX). The Buffaloes go into the non-league battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, Lone Oak nudged Wolfe City (Wolfe City, TX), 10-3, in a non-league battle.

The Blue Devils now sport a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Wolfe City for a 1A Region II District 16 battle on Tuesday, March 7. Celeste will meet a Wolves squad coming off a 10-7 non-league loss to Community (Nevada, TX). The Wolves record now stands at 2-4.
