California High School Softball - Mission Prep bounces Foothill

March 3, 2023: San Luis Obispo, CA 93401

Mission Prep Royals (San Luis Obispo, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Foothill Trojans (Bakersfield, CA), 7-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Royals now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Golden Valley for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 3. Mission Prep will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 14-1 non-league win over Foothill (Bakersfield, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-3.

With the loss, Foothill falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Kennedy (Delano, CA) to face the Thunderbirds in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 4. The Thunderbirds enter the challenge with a record of 1-1.
