The Queen City Bulldogs softball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Fossil Ridge Panthers to 0 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Queen City moves its record to 10-5 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Atlanta (Atlanta, TX) to play the Rabbits in a 3A Region II District 14 game on Tuesday, March 7. The Rabbits come into the game with a record of 2-6.

In their next game, the Panthers play the Estacado Matadors (Lubbock, TX) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 3. Fossil Ridge will attempt to improve on its 6-6 season record. The Matadors come into the test with a 7-7 record after their 15-0 non-league loss to Queen City (Queen City, TX).
