The Eldorado Firehawks baseball team scored 3 runs and held the host Canyon Springs Pioneers to 1 in the Firehawks non-league win on Monday.
The Firehawks now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cimarron-Memorial for a non-league test on Wednesday, March 5. Eldorado will clash with a Spartans team coming off a 10-6 non-league loss to Doral Academy Red Rock (Las Vegas, NV). The Spartans record now stands at 0-4.
With the defeat, Canyon Springs drops to 0-1 on the year. The Pioneers host Pahrump Valley (Pahrump, NV) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 5. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 5-0. Pahrump Valley won 12-2 in their recent non-league test against Mojave (North Las Vegas, NV)
