The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Storm Lake Tornadoes (Storm Lake, IA) and the visiting Gilbert Tigers (Gilbert, IA), observed Storm Lake's basketball team overcome Gilbert by a margin of 73-57.

The Tornadoes (21-1) will now prepare for their challenge against A-D-M (Adel, IA). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 21-5 record. In their last challenge, A-D-M defeated Pella (Pella, IA), 53-46, in a non-league challenge.
