In Monday's non-league test, the James Island Trojans (Charleston, SC) lacrosse team overwhelmed the host Beaufort Eagles (Beaufort, SC), by a count of 13-5.
Next up, the Trojans battle the North Myrtle Beach Chiefs (Little River, SC) in a non-league test, on Thursday, March 6. James Island will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Chiefs enter the test with a 1-0 record after their 6-4 non-league win over Waccamaw (Pawley's Island, SC).
The Eagles (2-2) will now prepare for their test against May River (Bluffton, SC). The Sharks enter the 4A-1A Lower test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, May River was overwhelmed by Benedictine (Savannah, GA), 16-9, in a non-league test.
