Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Eastern Alamance Eagles (Mebane, NC) and the visiting Voyager Academy Vikings (Durham, NC), witnessed Eastern Alamance's lacrosse squad gain a win over Voyager Academy by a score of 10-7.
The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Western Alamance (Elon, NC). The Warriors enter the Central/Mid-Carolina contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Western Alamance nipped Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC), 15-4, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Vikings meet the Southeast Alamance Stallions (Haw River, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, March 5. Voyager Academy will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Stallions enter the contest with a 0-4 record after their 20-2 league loss to Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC).
