The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Chavez Eagles (San Fernando, CA) and the visiting Chatsworth Chancellors (Chatsworth, CA), observed Chavez's softball team get by Chatsworth by a tally of 10-3.

The Eagles (2-4) will now prepare for their bout against Venice (Los Angeles, CA). The Gondoliers go into the non-league bout with a 3-0 record. In their last outing, Venice got by Culver City (Culver City, CA), 11-2, in a non-league outing.

With the loss, Chatsworth moves to 0-3 on the season. The Chancellors host Sierra Canyon (Chatsworth, CA) to encounter the Trailblazers in a non-league outing on Friday, March 7. The Trailblazers come into the outing with a record of 1-1. Sierra Canyon lost 7-6 in their recent non-league outing against Oak Park (Oak Park, CA)
