The Falls Lake Firebirds (Creedmoor, NC) baseball the visiting Granville Central Panthers (Stem, NC), 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Firebirds play the Southern Wake Academy Lions (Holly Springs, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, April 1. Falls Lake will attempt to better on its 7-0 season record. The Lions enter the contest with a 6-2 record after their 14-0 league win over River Mill (Graham, NC).

The Panthers now sport a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to J.F. Webb for a Northern Lakes Athletic 2A/3A contest on Friday, April 1. Granville Central will play a Warriors squad coming off a 7-4 league loss to Granville Central (Stem, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 3-6.
