The crowd at Wednesday's non-league game between the Marvin Ridge Mavericks (Waxhaw, NC) and the visiting Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC), saw Marvin Ridge's lacrosse team top Lake Norman by a margin of 20-3.
The Mavericks (5-5) will now prepare for their game against Parkwood (Monroe, NC). The Wolf Pack enter the Southern Carolina/Rocky River game with a 0-8 record. In their last game, Parkwood was overwhelmed by Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC), 18-1, in a non-league game.
