The Apex Friendship Patriots baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Southern Alamance Patriots to 1 in the Patriots non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Patriots (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Panther Creek (Cary, NC). The Catamounts go into the match with a 2-6 record. In their last match, Panther Creek was overwhelmed by Apex (Apex, NC), 15-5, in a league match.
The Patriots (7-2) will now prepare for their match against Western Alamance (Elon, NC). The Warriors go into the non-league match with a 4-4 record. In their last match, Western Alamance gained a win over Glenn (Kernersville, NC), 11-1, in a non-league match.
