The Wheatmore Warriors (Trinity, NC) baseball nipped the visiting Asheboro Blue Comets (Asheboro, NC), 11-10 in Wednesday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Warriors play the West Davidson Dragons (Lexington, NC) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, April 2. Wheatmore will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Dragons enter the contest with a 3-2 record after their 13-7 non-league loss to Davie (Mocksville, NC).
