Bishop McGuinness Villains (Kernersville, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the host Reagan Raiders (Pfafftown, NC), 9-8 in a non-league battle.
The Villains now have a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Atkins for a Mid-State/Mid Piedmont/NW Piedmont battle on Friday, April 1. Bishop McGuinness will clash with a Camels squad coming off a 20-1 league win over Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC). The Camels record now stands at 4-2.
In their next game, the Raiders clash with the Davie War Eagles (Mocksville, NC) in a Central Piedmont battle, on Friday, April 1. Reagan will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record. The War Eagles come into the battle with a 5-6 record after their 14-13 non-league loss to Mooresville (Mooresville, NC).
