The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the West Potomac Wolverines (Alexandria, VA) and the visiting Northern Patriots (Owings, MD), saw West Potomac's lacrosse team nudge Northern by a margin of 7-6.

The Wolverines (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake Braddock (Burke, VA). The Bruins enter the Patriot challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Lake Braddock edged South Lakes (Reston, VA), 13-3, in a non-league challenge.

The Patriots (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Calvert (Prince Frederick, MD). The Cavaliers enter the Southern Maryland challenge with a 0-0 record.
