The Pueblo West Cyclones triumphed over the host Smoky Hill Buffaloes lacrosse team by a score of 13-8 in Wednesday's non-league match.
With the win, Pueblo West upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Cyclones travel to Lewis-Palmer (Monument, CO) to play the Rangers in a non-league match on Friday, April 1. The Rangers go into the match with a record of 2-3. Lewis-Palmer lost 18-5 in their recent non-league match against Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO)
With the defeat, Smoky Hill drops to 0-4 on the season. The Buffaloes host Prairie View (Henderson, CO) to play the Thunderhawks in a 5A League #1 match on Wednesday, April 6. The Thunderhawks go into the match with a record of 0-3.
