The Lawrence County Red Devils (Moulton, AL) softball routed the host Foley Lions (Foley, AL), 10-1 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Red Devils (6-16) will now prepare for their bout against Hatton (Town Creek, AL). The Hornets go into the non-league bout with a 18-9 record. In their last bout, Hatton was routed by Athens (Athens, AL), 3-2, in a non-league bout.

The Lions now possess a 5-15 record. They play next when they travel to Fairhope for a 7A Area 2 bout on Thursday, March 31. Foley will confront a Pirates squad coming off a 17-0 league win over Murphy (Mobile, AL). The Pirates record now stands at 20-1.
