Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the Skyline Eagles (Salt Lake City, UT) and the host Granger Lancers (West Valley City, UT), witnessed Skyline's softball squad tip Granger by a count of 13-9.

The Eagles now sport a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Hillcrest for a non-league match on Thursday, March 31. Skyline will meet a Huskies squad coming off a 19-12 league loss to Cottonwood (Salt Lake City, UT). The Huskies record now stands at 4-6.

With the loss, Granger moves to 2-11 on the season. The Lancers travel to Roy (Roy, UT) to meet the Royals in a 6A Region 2 match on Thursday, March 31. The Royals go into the match with a record of 1-10. Roy lost 10-5 in their recent non-league match against Green Canyon (North Logan, UT)
