The Westlake Wolverines softball team (Waldorf, MD), was tipped 9-8 in Wednesday's league test with the host Stone Cougars (Waldorf, MD)

Coming up next, the Cougars encounter the Huntingtown Hurricanes (Huntingtown, MD) in a Southern Maryland test, on Friday, April 1. Stone will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Hurricanes come into the test with a 3-1 record after their 15-0 league win over St. Charles (Waldorf, MD).

The Wolverines (0-3) will now prepare for their test against La Plata (La Plata, MD). The Warriors come into the Southern Maryland test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, La Plata edged Chopticon (Morganza, MD), 7-1, in a non-league test.
