In Thursday's non-league game, the host Hopewell Vikings baseball team scored a tight 10-7 victory over the Avonworth Antelopes.

The Vikings (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Beaver (Beaver, PA). The Bobcats go into the WPIAL 4A 1 game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Beaver by Butler (Butler, PA), 4-3, in a non-league game.
