Spectators at Thursday's non-league battle between the Clyde Fliers (Clyde, OH) and the host Edison Chargers (Milan, OH), saw Clyde's baseball squad knock off Edison by a count of 7-5.

Coming up next, the Fliers play the Perkins Pirates (Sandusky, OH) in a Sandusky Bay - Lake battle, on Friday, March 31. Clyde will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Pirates enter the battle with a 1-0 record after their 8-7 non-league win over Firelands (Oberlin, OH).
