The Kennedy Cavaliers baseball team (Silver Spring, MD), was overwhelmed 19-0 in Thursday's non-league outing with the host Damascus Hornets (Damascus, MD)
The Hornets now hold a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Magruder for a Montgomery County 3A/2A outing on Saturday, April 1. Damascus will confront a Colonels team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Poolesville (Poolesville, MD). The Colonels record now stands at 3-3.
Next, the Cavaliers confront the Springbrook Blue Devils (Silver Spring, MD) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, April 1. Kennedy will attempt to advance on its 0-4 season record. The Blue Devils go into the outing with a 0-3 record after their 21-2 non-league loss to Rockville (Rockville, MD).
