In Thursday's non-league challenge, the West Hall Spartans (Oakwood, GA) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Johnson Knights (Gainesville, GA), by a final score of 13-1.
The Spartans now possess a 5-14 record. They take the field next when they host White County for a 3A Area 7 bout on Tuesday, April 4. West Hall will face a Warriors team coming off a 7-0 league loss to Wesleyan (Norcross, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 6-13.
Next, the Knights face the Berkmar Patriots (Lilburn, GA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 11. Johnson will attempt to move on its 0-8 season record.
