The Piedmont Highlanders volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting St. Joseph Notre Dame Pilots to 1 in the Highlanders non-league victory on Thursday.

The Highlanders now possess a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alameda for a West Alameda County game on Friday, March 31. Piedmont will meet a Hornets team coming off a 3-0 league win over Berkeley (Berkeley, CA). The Hornets record now stands at 8-6.

The Pilots (10-6) will now prepare for their game against St. Patrick-St. Vincent (Vallejo, CA). The Bruins enter the non-league game with a 10-14 record. In their last game, St. Patrick-St. Vincent was dropped by Hercules (Hercules, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
