Seymour Eagles (Seymour, TN) boosters exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Alcoa Tornadoes (Alcoa, TN), 24-3 in a league battle.
The Eagles now own a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they host St. George's for a non-league battle on Friday, March 31. Seymour will clash with a Gryphons squad coming off a 17-2 league loss to Houston (Germantown, TN). The Gryphons record now stands at 1-5.
In their next game, the Tornadoes clash with the Bradley Central Bears (Cleveland, TN) in a Southeast battle, on Saturday, April 1. Alcoa will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record. The Bears come into the battle with a 0-5 record after their 16-8 league loss to Signal Mountain (Signal Mountain, TN).
