In Thursday's league contest, the River Ridge Knights (Woodstock, GA) lacrosse squad edged the host Etowah Eagles (Woodstock, GA), by a count of 13-12.

Coming up next, the Knights confront the Philip Simmons Iron Horses (Charleston, SC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, April 6. River Ridge will attempt to advance on its 5-5 season record.

The Eagles now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kennesaw Mountain for a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 11. Etowah will confront a Mustangs squad coming off a 27-0 league loss to Cherokee (Canton, GA). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-12.
