The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Grafton Clippers (Yorktown, VA) and the visiting Poquoson Islanders (Poquoson, VA), saw Grafton's soccer squad get by Poquoson by a count of 3-2.

The Clippers now hold a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Warhill for a Bay Rivers test on Tuesday, April 11. Grafton will meet a Lions squad coming off a 8-0 league loss to Lafayette (Williamsburg, VA). The Lions record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Poquoson drops to 1-4 on the season. The Islanders travel to Jamestown (Williamsburg, VA) to meet the Eagles in a Bay Rivers test on Tuesday, April 11. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 7-1. Jamestown won 16-0 in their recent non-league test against Heritage (Newport News, VA)
