In Thursday's non-league battle, the Brother Rice Crusaders (Chicago, IL) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Taft Eagles (Chicago, IL), by a count of 9-4.

Coming up next, the Crusaders clash with the Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs (Riverside, IL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 4. Brother Rice will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 2-3 record after their 13-8 non-league loss to Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL).

The Eagles now own a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host Latin for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 11.
