New York High School Lacrosse - Goshen Central tipped by Washingtonville

Washingtonville Wizards (Washingtonville, NY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host Goshen Central Gladiators (Goshen, NY), 11-9 in a non-league test.

The Wizards now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Our Lady of Lourdes for a non-league test on Monday, April 3. Washingtonville will face a Warriors squad coming off a 23-14 non-league loss to La Salle Institute (Troy, NY). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.

In their next game, the Gladiators face the Newburgh Free Academy Goldbacks (Newburgh, NY) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 4. Goshen Central will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Goldbacks come into the test with a 0-2 record after their 15-2 non-league loss to Wallkill (Wallkill, NY).
