Walker Valley Mustangs (Cleveland, TN) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Bradley Central Bears (Cleveland, TN), 2-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs confront the Rhea County Golden Eagles (Evensville, TN) in a 3A District 5 challenge, on Tuesday, April 4. Walker Valley will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the challenge with a 7-0 record after their 4-2 league win over McMinn County (Athens, TN).

The Bears now have a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Collegedale Academy for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 3. Bradley Central will confront a Collegedale Eagle team coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to CSTHEA Patriots (Chattanooga, TN). The Collegedale Eagle record now stands at 0-2.
