Hoover Buccaneers (Hoover, AL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Upperman Bees (Baxter, TN), 11-5 in a non-league test.

With the win, Hoover upgrades its record to 12-13 on the season. The Buccaneers travel to Tuscaloosa County (Northport, AL) to battle the Wildcats in a 7A Area 5 test on Tuesday, April 2. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 14-12.

With the defeat, Upperman falls to 8-6 on the season. The Bees host Coffee County Central (Manchester, TN) to battle the Red Raiders in a non-league test on Thursday, April 4. The Red Raiders come into the test with a record of 8-5.
