The Valencia Jaguars baseball team (Los Lunas, NM), was overwhelmed 16-2 in Saturday's non-league outing with the host Cibola Cougars (Albuquerque, NM)
The Cougars now hold a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eldorado for a non-league outing on Saturday, April 6. Cibola will battle a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 6-2 non-league loss to Volcano Vista (Albuquerque, NM). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 1-1.
With the defeat, Valencia falls to 1-3 on the season. The Jaguars host Miyamura (Gallup, NM) to battle the Patriots in a non-league test on Saturday, March 30. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 0-1.
