The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Newsome Wolves (Lithia, FL) and the visiting Gulf Coast Sharks (Naples, FL), saw Newsome's lacrosse team achieve victory over Gulf Coast by a margin of 14-8.

The Wolves (10-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Robinson (Tampa, FL). The Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 4-8 record. In their last challenge, Robinson was overwhelmed by Northeast (St. Petersburg, FL), 15-3, in a non-league challenge.

The Sharks (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Bishop Verot (Fort Myers, FL). The Vikings enter the non-league challenge with a 4-7 record. In their last challenge, Bishop Verot edged Palmetto Ridge (Naples, FL), 20-1, in a non-league challenge.
