The St. Michael's Horsemen baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Bernalillo Spartans to 7 in the Horsemen non-league victory on Saturday.
The Horsemen (8-1) will now prepare for their match against Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM). The Demons go into the non-league match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Santa Fe was overwhelmed by Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM), 7-1, in a non-league match.
The Spartans (1-7) will now prepare for their match against Hope Christian (Albuquerque, NM). The Huskies go into the non-league match with a 6-4 record. In their last match, Hope Christian edged Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM), 15-0, in a non-league match.
