Oregon High School Softball - Dayton can't get by Grant Union

The Grant Union Prospectors softball team scored 2 runs and limited the visiting Dayton Pirates to 1 in the Prospectors non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Grant Union moves its record to 4-1 on the year. The Prospectors travel to Nyssa (Nyssa, OR) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 2. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 4-3.
In their next game, the Pirates play the Sheridan Spartans (Sheridan, OR) in a 3A-SD2 Special District 2 game, on Tuesday, April 2. Dayton will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Spartans come into the game with a 1-6 record after their 8-5 non-league win over Colton (Colton, OR).
