North Carolina High School Softball - Southern Alamance gets by High Point Christian Academy

Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Southern Alamance Patriots (Graham, NC) and the visiting High Point Christian Academy Cougars (High Point, NC), witnessed Southern Alamance's softball squad tip High Point Christian Academy by a count of 8-7.

The Patriots now sport a 9-2 record. They play next when they host Orange for a Central 3A match on Tuesday, April 2. Southern Alamance will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 18-6 non-league win over Southeast Alamance (Haw River, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 6-1.

With the loss, High Point Christian Academy moves to 10-1 on the season. The Cougars travel to Richlands (Richlands, NC) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league match on Saturday, March 30. The Wildcats go into the match with a record of 6-4. Richlands lost 12-2 in their recent non-league match against High Point Christian Academy (High Point, NC)
