North Carolina High School Softball - Northside - Pinetown bounces Holmes

The Northside - Pinetown Panthers routed the host Holmes Aces softball squad by a count of 17-2 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Panthers (9-1) will now prepare for their battle against Perquimans (Hertford, NC). The Pirates go into the non-league battle with a 9-3 record. In their last battle, Perquimans topped Lawrence Academy (Merry Hill, NC), 4-1, in a non-league battle.

The Aces now sport a 9-5 record. They play next when they host Pamlico County for a non-league battle on Monday, April 1. Holmes will meet a Hurricanes squad coming off a 13-3 non-league win over Lawrence Academy (Merry Hill, NC). The Hurricanes record now stands at 8-4.
