New York High School Baseball - Archbishop Molloy wallops Xavier

The Archbishop Molloy Stanners baseball team scored 17 runs and held the host Xavier Knights to 5 in the Stanners non-league win on Monday.

The Stanners now hold a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Iona Prep for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 1. Archbishop Molloy will play a Gaels team coming off a 9-1 non-league win over St. Francis Prep (Fresh Meadows, NY). The Gaels record now stands at 2-0.

With the defeat, Xavier drops to 0-1 on the year. The Knights travel to Monsignor Farrell (Staten Island, NY) to battle the Lions in a Catholic Staten Island outing on Wednesday, April 1.
